There are 19 rooms to chose from on this seafront property, which is set right on the edge of the sprawling Black River Bay.

The rates per night are as follows:

Single and Double Rooms US$100 per room - these come with either a king-sized bed or 2 double beds.

Triple Rooms (3 guests) US$120 per room - these come with 3 double beds, a king and a double bed, or a king and a twin bed.

Quad rooms (4 guests) US$150 per room - these come with 4 double beds. If there are more than four guests, there is a $20 charge for each additional person.

Rates include a complimentary continental breakfast. The restaurant opens from 7am to 9pm daily, with lunch and dinner being done to order. The bar is also open from 7am to 9 pm.

This small Jamaican hotel is cozy and intimate. It is less than ten minutes drive from the town of Black River, along the Parrotee Road.


There are hammocks dotted all over the property, and bicycles are on hand for those who would like to use them. It's easy for you to get to Pelican Bar, a few minutes ride away by boat.

Way Back When is a great historical walking tour of Black River, just five minutes drive to the west.

Idlers' Rest is open 24 hours for check in, even if you come so late that the gate is closed! It's an ideal place to stay for an exploration of St. Elizabeth.
