A very personal, moving heritage tour (Bring your hankies - you just might need them)

by Marj
(St. Elizabeth)

Allison takes you on a journey into the past that gives you a true perspective of what Black River was like. Not just a description of the historic buildings, but a deep insight into the personalities that made up the town. She includes anecdotes (and sometimes songs!) handed down from generation to generation. You can feel Allison's passion.

A lot of research has gone into making this tour what it is - I see a coffee table book in the future. Makes you want to help preserve this bit of Jamaica.

This tour should be a must not only for visitors and school children, but for every Jamaican.

FIVE STARS!!
